Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking a Lead Warehouse Vault Attendant in Richmond, VA to ensure correct orders, schedules, and equipment are delivered to Driver/Messenger and Crew Leaders. You may perform Driver/Messenger or Crew Leader duties as needed to support operations.

Shifts are full-time, typically 6:30am-2:30pm with overtime as required. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and strict adherence to safety and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate clear and effective oral and written communication.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record.
• Must obtain and maintain guard and gun permits as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and check-in/out moneybags, receipts, route guides, keys and schedules to team members.
• Verify bulk money received from vault and external sources.
• Track, resolve and report missing or misrouted items.

Lead Warehouse Vault Attendants

are responsible for ensuring that the Driver/Messengers and Crew Leaders receive the correct orders, schedules, equipment and money to service clients in a safe and efficient manner. Vault Attendants are also responsible for check-in and check-out of routes, changing custody of their liability, paperwork, and equipment including handheld scanners and other data entry devices. May be required to perform Driver/Messenger and/or Crew Leader job responsibilities based on operational needs.

F ull time - Monday through Friday/ weekends as needed 1st shift - 6:30am-2:30pm
O vertime required as needed.

Pay Rate

$17.00 an/hr to $21 an/hr after training

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have all required driver’s licenses and must maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Must have a high school diploma/general equivalency diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Must obtain and maintain all required guard and gun permits per state.
• Must demonstrate clarity and proficiency in oral and written communication. Must be able to communicate effectively in person and by radio.
