Job summary

GardaWorld is seeking Vault Attendants to securely distribute money, manage route materials, and verify cash with Driver/Messenger teams. The role supports safe cash logistics and requires clear communication, valid driver’s license, and state guard permits.

Work schedule is variable and may include overtime. Job responsibilities include handling moneybags and route equipment, documenting transactions, and ensuring accurate custody transfers.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have all required driver’s licenses and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Must have a high school diploma/ GED or equivalent.
• Must obtain and maintain all required guard and gun permits per state.
• Must demonstrate clarity and proficiency in oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and receipt of moneybags, receipts, route guides and schedules to Driver/Messenger and Crew Leaders.
• Verify bulk money received from vault and other sources.
• Track, resolve and report missing or misrouted items.
• Ensure all route equipment is collected at end of shift.
• May perform Driver/Messenger or Crew Leader duties as needed.

Vault Attendants

Vault Attendants are responsible for ensuring that the Driver/Messengers and Crew Leaders receive the correct orders, schedules, equipment and money to service clients in a safe and efficient manner. Vault Attendants are also responsible for check-in and check-out of routes, changing custody of their liability, paperwork, and equipment including handheld scanners and other data entry devices. May be required to perform Driver/Messenger and/or Crew Leader job responsibilities based on operational needs.

Job Requirements

Vault Custodians are responsible for ensuring that the Driver/Messengers and Crew Leaders receive the correct orders, schedules, equipment and money to service clients in a safe and efficient manner. Vault Attendants are also responsible for check-in and check-out of routes, changing custody of their liability, paperwork, and equipment including handheld scanners and other data entry devices. May be required to perform Driver/Messenger and/or Crew Leader job responsibilities based on operational needs.

Normal working hours and days are variable based on schedules posted in advance.

Schedule: Monday through Friday

2nd Shift: 3pm-11pm

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Requirements

• Responsible for the distribution and receipt of moneybags, receipts, daily route guides, route keys and schedules to Driver/Messenger and/or Crew Leaders.
• Verifying bulk money received from the vault, other departments and external sources.
• Assists in tracking, resolving and reporting missing or misrouted items.
• Ensures that identification cards, fuel cards, route keys, deposits, moneybags, receipts, daily guide sheets, change boxes, firearms, monies and other route equipment are collected at end of shift.
• Performs Driver/Messenger or Crew Leader duties as requested.
• May be required to handle ATM dispatch and other calls.
• Additional job duties may be assigned as necessary.

• Must have a high school diploma/general equivalency diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Must obtain and maintain all required guard and gun permits per state.
