Qualifications

• Management experience preferred.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts up to 5 days per week.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train workgroups to ensure safety, production, and attendance.
• Maintain high standards for accuracy, productivity, and customer service.
• Develop positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Coordinate resources to maximize output and efficiency.
• Provide orientation, safety training, and ongoing coaching.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures at all times.
