Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a workgroup in our Georgia facility. This role focuses on safety, productivity, accuracy, customer service, and teamwork, with an emphasis on coaching and development.

Two shifts are available: 5pm–10pm Monday to Friday, or 3am–8am Tuesday to Saturday. You will train staff, enforce policies, optimize resources, and foster a positive, proactive, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, develop, and lead workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance.
• Maintain high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.
• Foster positive, team-oriented environment and proactive communication across departments.
• Ensure compliance with department, station, corporate, and local requirements.
• Coordinate resources to maximize output and efficiency.
• Provide ongoing coaching and personal development for staff.
