Job summary

Lambert's Cable Splicing Company, LLC is seeking a Lead Warehouse Technician to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. You will ensure accurate order fulfillment, track inventory, and follow safety and packaging guidelines while operating forklifts and handling materials.

Responsibilities include audits, restocking, packing and shipping, and coordinating with purchasing and transportation teams.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid State driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to pass a DOT physical examination and obtain a medical card.
• Five years of experience in warehouse or material handling.
• Experience operating a forklift and pallet jack.
• Knowledge of computer and inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and periodic audits of inventory and packaging materials.
• Resolve shortages and restock packaging supplies as needed.
• Prepare and verify orders for shipment according to pick tickets and customer requirements.
• Check inventory for availability of stock and organize shelves accordingly.
• Package and ship products following guidelines and practices.
• Stock shelves and process new material arrivals.
• Organize pick tickets and cross-check with packing slips and work orders.
• Receive, unload, inspect shipments, and confirm accuracy with packing slips.
