Job summary

Shamrock Foods Company is seeking a warehouse supervisor to plan, direct, and coordinate activities in our Food Service Distribution Warehouse. The starting wage is between $72,000 and $75,000 depending on experience, and the role requires leadership of 10–30 associates, plus a focus on safety and process improvement.

You will coordinate with Logistics, Scheduling, Purchasing, Sales, and Transportation, ensuring policies are followed and performance targets are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, 3+ years related experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels of associates and teams.
• Strong documentation and process-improvement track record.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Physical demands include standing/walking; lifting up to 100 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Advise associates on safety and ensure safe work practices.
• Communicate with Logistics, Scheduling, Purchasing, Sales, Transportation to drive performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed; monitor safety and security incidents.
• Assign workers to duties; verify quantities and handle inbound/outbound merchandise.
• Supervise 10–30 warehouse associates on standard protocol.
• Perform other duties as needed to meet business needs.
