Job summary

Brunswick is seeking an experienced Warehouse Shift Supervisor for the Old Lyme, CT facility. The role supports daily warehouse operations across picking, packing, shipping, receiving and transfers under the direction of the Shift Manager.

The position operates on Day Shift: Monday through Thursday, 4:30 pm start. The supervisor will schedule staff, manage priorities, ensure accuracy and efficiency, contribute to budget goals, and promote a safe, compliant work environment in line with OSHA

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication across all levels.
• Mediation and conflict resolution skills with documentation.
• Flexible schedule and excellent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing.
• Prioritize tasks and route work for productivity.
• Ensure timely, accurate processing to enhance customer experience.
• Support budget adherence and cost control.
• Uphold safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Coach and develop staff, address performance issues.
