Job summary

Cencora, at the center of health logistics, is seeking a seasoned warehouse operations professional to support distribution services in the US. This role operates Monday–Friday, 6:00am–4:30pm, with starting pay around $23.55/hour and potential to $27.30/hour based on incentives and referrals.

Ideal candidates will have extensive warehouse/distribution background and PM certification. Education requires a high school diploma with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field preferred, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, inventory control, shipping/receiving, or related field.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to address routine exceptions and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acquires materials, records, and shipment information to support receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Inspects products, storage conditions, and order outputs to ensure handling accuracy and shipment readiness.
• Consolidates inventory and operational information to improve transaction accuracy and workflow coordination.
• Adjusts warehouse activities within guidelines to address routine exceptions and changing priorities.
• Preserves product condition and inventory integrity through proper handling, storage, and movement practices.
• Screens operational issues and process gaps to enable timely escalation and corrective action.
