Job summary

Lassonde-1 is seeking a Lead, Warehouse - Repack for the Hendersonville, NC location. The role oversees the Repack assembly team, coordinates with the supervisor on weekly scheduling, and guides temporary staff through daily output and safety processes.

The Lead runs new packaging equipment, troubleshoots early issues, and ensures cleaning SOPs are followed to keep equipment in proper running condition.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to stack and retrieve goods, supplies, and materials.
• Oversee the repack team WIP and coordinate with the supervisor on schedules.
• Maintain tag integrity and accurate inventory management.
• Track daily number of temps and supervise temporary workers.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and proper use of protective equipment.
