Penske Logistics seeks a Lead Warehouse Worker for its Aurora, CO facility. You will oversee daily operations, mentor associates, and coordinate workflow to meet productivity and safety targets. The role involves forklift operation and coverage of multiple warehouse tasks to ensure timely customer commitments.

The position requires prior supervisory experience, warehouse background, and readiness for a cold storage environment. Overtime flexibility and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse experience required.
• 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred.
• 1 years of supervisory experience required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (Preferred).
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift experience required.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint preferred.
• Ability to learn and use proprietary software required.
• Flexible to work overtime required.
• Ability to work in a cold storage environment required.
• Ability to lead a small team and manage multiple tasks.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow to identify issues and adjust priorities for efficiency.
• Provide training and support to associates and cover frontline roles as needed.
• Operate stand-up forklifts and EPJs to move and stack materials safely.
• Lead a team with daily direction and coverage to meet productivity and safety goals.
• Promote safe work practices and align with food safety and quality requirements.
