Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a Lead Warehouse Worker in Aurora, CO. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, coordinate workflow, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires forklift experience, supervisory skills, and the ability to work in a cold storage environment (28-55 degrees). Eligible benefits include insurance options, 401K, PTO, and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse experience required.
• 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift experience required.
• Flexible to work overtime required.
• Ability to work in a cold storage environment required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workflow throughout the shift to maintain efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Lead and coach a team of warehouse associates daily.
• Operate stand-up forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely.
• Open and run the shift, conduct shift huddles when supervisor is absent.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse functions within 90 days.
• Ensure safety and quality requirements are met.
