Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety-minded team in a cold storage facility. You will support and supervise regular and temporary warehouse functions, coordinating with Operations Supervisors to meet productivity expectations.

The role includes heavy responsibilities from staging and loading to inventory control and safety leadership, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and accurate material handling.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience required.
• 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift certification preferred.
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions.
• Ability to lead a small team and work independently with strong numbers and time management.

Responsibilities

• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and related equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assemble and package finished products for shipping.
• Read work orders and track materials using logs and tickets.
