Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in shipping, logistics or warehousing; 1–2 years in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the picking team; conduct daily shift briefings.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and sent to shipping on time.
• Optimize picking routes and workflow to boost productivity.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production Planning, and QC.
• Enforce OSHA safety protocols and audit readiness.
• Process receiving transactions using Oracle ERP.
