Job summary

GXO is seeking a warehouse supervisor to ensure efficient daily warehouse operations in Oklahoma. The role involves scheduling, team supervision, training, and driving continuous improvement while upholding quality policies.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse scanners, and a flexible schedule including overtime. Preference for English/Spanish bilinguals and AS9100/ISO exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field (preferred).
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Experience with computerized scanner equipment.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred).
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team.
• Provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate with leadership, team members and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Maintain a clean environment.
