Job summary

TEKsystems is hiring for a Contract to Hire Warehouse Supervisor position based in North Manchester, IN. You will oversee daily shipping/receiving, guide on-floor staff, and manage inventory using WMS/ERP systems such as SAP.

Forklift operation is a must, with a 1–5 year logistics leadership background preferred. The role is fully onsite with a pay range of $21.00–$27.00 per hour and eligibility for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 1 to 5 years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Familiarity with barcode scanners, inventory software, and forklift equipment.
• Ability to stand and walk for full shifts and lift materials (up to 3050 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Operations Oversight: Coordinate daily shipping, receiving, kitting, labeling, and order fulfillment.
• Team Guidance: Assign tasks, train floor staff and temporary workers, and bridge to management.
• Inventory & Systems: Track stock, log transactions in WMS or ERP platforms (like SAP).
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA guidelines, PPE, and facility cleanliness.
• Forklift Experience is a MUST
