Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Hazleton, PA to manage daily operations in a fast-paced facility. You will lead a shift, train teammates, and ensure safe, efficient material handling.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, loading/unloading trucks, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and maintaining SOPs and GMP compliance. The role requires lifting 50 lbs, overtime flexibility, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience leading or training others preferred.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and advanced material handling equipment.
• Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation.
• Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update inventory systems.
• Organize and label warehouse storage areas.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment while meeting KPIs.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate results to goals.
• Train team members on job functions and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow.
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
