Jobtailor is hiring for a full-time on-site warehouse associate in Bethlehem, PA. You will operate powered industrial trucks, assist with picking, packing, shipping, and returns, and use handheld scanners and PCs to track inventory.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with opportunities to handle heights up to 80 feet using proper safety equipment. Ideal candidates are 18+, willing to work long shifts, and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Able to work full shifts, overtime, and stand/walk for 10–12 hours.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Willing to work onsite daily in Bethlehem, PA.
• Relocation assistance is not available.
• Experience is welcome but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks, including forklifts, throughout the shift.
• Support picking, stowing, shuttling, loading, unloading, and other PIT-related work.
• Use stationary PCs or handheld scanner devices while operating PIT equipment.
• Operate stock pickers or turret trucks at heights of 60–80 feet using safety equipment.
• Perform responsibilities across departments, including unloading, receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
• Help ensure customers’ orders are handled properly.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, and attendance standards.
