Qualifications

• Current forklift certification and hands-on forklift operating experience.
• 3 to 5 years of warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or related logistics experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and punctuality.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 60 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to unload, move, stage, and organize inventory.
• Coordinate daily receiving, shipping, order fulfillment, returns, and inventory movement.
• Pull, pack, label, sort, and stage shipments for outbound processing.
• Verify incoming shipments and documentation for inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and follow procedures.
• Coach team members on safety, quality, and processes.
