Qualifications

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory movement, shipping and distribution.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle count programs, documentation, and warehouse organization.
• Lead warehouse team meetings, train staff, communicate priorities, and hold team members accountable.
• Support process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, safety, and productivity.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant warehouse operations or warehouse leadership experience.
• Prior warehouse supervisory, lead, or team leadership experience.
• Strong background in inventory control, shipping, receiving and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, or similar inventory management systems.
• Forklift and material handling knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation and inventory tracking skills.
• Ability to lead from the floor with a hands-on, proactive leadership style.
• Excellent organizational, communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
• Commitment to workplace safety, operational procedures, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise a small warehouse team while communicating daily priorities and performance expectations.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory movement, shipping, order fulfillment, and distribution activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material flow, cycle counts, documentation, and inventory control processes.
• Coordinate warehouse operations with internal departments to support production, customer demand, and operational timelines.
• Monitor warehouse performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Enforce safety standards, company procedures, organized storage practices, and accurate shipping and receiving documentation.
