The Warehouse and Distribution Lead is a senior-level position within the warehouse group. Responsibilities include training and mentoring staff, labeling and boxing products, verifying incoming counts, conducting inventory, and managing packaging and shipping processes. The role requires leadership skills and a solid understanding of distribution functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Receive shipments using computer-aided functions
2. Print and label products according to regulations
3. Assemble products and transfer materials in ERP
4. Process and ship customer orders, including international shipments
5. Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts
6. Coordinate with production and provide inventory reports
7. Prepare shipping labels and documentation for international shipping
8. Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
• 5 years manufacturing experience, with expertise in international shipping and customs requirements
• Knowledge of GMP and ISO standards preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical activities regularly

Additional Information
