Job summary

GXO Logistics in South Carolina is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, prepare schedules and lead a team through coaching to improve performance. You will monitor work quality, ensure adherence to the quality policy and the GXO 7S program, and drive continuous improvement while coordinating with leadership and other departments.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Experience with computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Overtime, which may include weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field (preferred).
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment (preferred).
• Warehousing or 3PL experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights.
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to reach, bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel.
• Ability to handle or manage tools or equipment.
• Ability to tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments.
• May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer.
