Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a warehouse role.
• Familiarity with computer platforms and forklift experience are required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and general computer skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to meet daily shipping targets and ensure smooth operation.
• Receive, handle, store, pick, and pack products meeting quality standards.
• Manage international and domestic shipments, ensuring timely delivery and tracking.
• Lead and motivate the team, provide training, and maintain high productivity and morale.
• Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to ISO Quality Program standards.
• Identify and resolve potential issues and propose process improvements.
• Oversee operations, addressing issues with minimal supervision and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with sales team for new business opportunities.
• Generate and review daily performance reports.
