Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks an Operations Supply Chain Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Wednesday–Saturday, 5:30pm–4:30am). You’ll lead daily warehouse operations, schedule planning, and team coaching to consistently improve performance and service levels.

The role requires at least 2 years of experience, proficiency in MS Office and scanner tech, and flexibility to work overtime or weekends as needed. A related bachelor's degree and bilingual English/Spanish are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise the team and provide training/coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service
• Adhere to company quality policy and 7S program
• Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments
