Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Supervisor to lead a warehouse team on 2nd shift (3:00pm–11:30pm). You will drive daily operations, scheduling, and staff development to consistently deliver outstanding service.

Requirements: at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, flexibility for overtime (weekends). A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field, supervisory experience, and bilingual English/Spanish are

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environments.
• Warehousing or 3PL experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanning equipment.
• Flexibility for overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations and staffing.
• Prepare schedules and assign tasks to the team.
• Supervise staff, provide coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver strong customer service.
• Uphold the company quality policy and GXO 7S.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments.
