Job summary

Keefe, a TKC Holdings Company, is seeking a warehouse operations lead to plan, direct, and manage activities delivering inmate commissary products. You will supervise warehouse workers and inmate crews, maintain schedules, and ensure safety, training, and compliance across operations.

The role requires strong administrative skills, proficiency in Excel/Word, and the ability to work outdoors. Pay is biweekly with KPI incentives and annual bonuses, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of management or supervisory experience in food, retail, or related environment.
• Experience supervising the use and operation of a variety of warehouse equipment preferred.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in matters of significance regarding warehouse operations management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, manage and coordinate warehouse activities and deliver products to canteens.
• Supervise Warehouse Workers and Inmate Work Crews and ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain delivery schedules and ensure timely loading and delivery to prison areas.
• Maintain accurate onsite reports of daily and monthly financial, production, and productivity activity.
