Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience in manufacturing or factory environments.
• Experience leading a team and communicating with management is essential.
• Ability to perform simple math, read and interpret documents, follow procedures, and document information.
• Experience operating forklift and reach truck is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Direct activity of warehouse personnel and oversee all warehouse operations.
• Handle picking, packing, replenishment, receiving, inventory control, and dispatch.
• Maintain OSHA safety standards and report unsafe conditions.
• Enter data for order processing and manage special projects as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely customer requests.
• Operate forklift and strap machine as required.
• Assist with cycle counts for inventory accuracy.
