Job summary

Quality Overhead Door in Toledo, OH is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee all warehouse operations, drive inventory accuracy, and lead a team to optimize efficiency and safety. The role reports to the General Manager and is based at our Toledo location.

The successful candidate will manage receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping activities, enforce safety policies, and collaborate with purchasing and operations to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable MVR.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment and shipping.
• Supervise personnel: scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure safe operation of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Coordinate with purchasing and operations to maintain stock levels.
• Provide reports on key warehouse performance metrics to management.
