Ingram Content Group in Lavergne, TN seeks an Operations Team Lead to supervise and optimize daily warehouse operations. The role oversees workflow, trains hourly associates, and serves as a key contact for production systems issues, ensuring quality and productivity standards are met.

The position requires a HS Diploma or equivalent, 1 year of PC-based applications experience, and 1 year in warehouse operations, plus six months of physically demanding tasks.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience with PC based applications.
• 1 year work experience in a warehouse operations environment.
• 6 months' work experience which includes walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Trains and develops hourly associates.
• Acts as the department contact for all production systems issues and questions.
• Provides direction and leadership to associates.
• Identifies, communicates, and ensures all quality and productivity standards are met within the department.
• Research issues, problems, or concerns and recommends solutions.
• Meets customer requests, deadlines, commitments, and quality standards in a timely manner.
• Plans and coordinates work activities, overseeing hourly associates to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
• Coordinates with other departments on workflow activities.
• Assist in administering policy and payroll activities.
