Job summary
Ingram Content Group in La Vergne, TN is seeking an Operations Team Lead for the D shift in Manufacturing. You will supervise daily production, train staff, and coordinate with other departments to ensure quality and efficiency. Starting pay is $22.61 per hour, with benefits from day one.
The role requires strong leadership, safety awareness, and hands-on experience in warehouse operations. The team focuses on maintaining high performance, safety training, and continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year experience with PC-based applications.
- 1 year work experience in a warehouse operations environment.
- 6 months' work experience involving walking, standing, lifting/carrying, and other physical tasks.
Responsibilities
- Trains and develops hourly associates.
- Acts as department contact for production systems issues and questions.
- Provides direction and leadership to associates.
- Identifies, communicates, and ensures quality and productivity standards are met.
