GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Warehouse to supervise a team in our distribution center in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee inventory, assign tasks, train staff, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires 2 years of warehouse experience, 1 year of SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; overtime may be required.

Formación

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational processes to maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team; provide developmental opportunities and performance improvement actions as needed.
• Correctly utilize warehouse management system and maintain proper work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service and safety procedures.
