Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Tulsa, OK, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise a value-driven team on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am–3:30pm).

You’ll oversee daily operations, monitor inventory accuracy, assign tasks, and coach staff to deliver error-free order fulfillment while maintaining safety and quality. Required are at least 2 years in warehousing, 1 year SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners; a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Experience supervising a team is preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory control and order accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain accurate inventory levels and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities.
