Job summary

PLZ Corp is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Missouri to support daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety and efficiency. The role involves ensuring proper shift coverage and supervising associates during the shift.

You will also train new employees and, together with clerical staff, cover for the Department Manager when needed, handling additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all Warehouse Associates are present and assigned to their shift responsibilities
• Handle warehouse operations issues and elevate when necessary
• Lead training of new employees
• In conjunction with clerical staff, cover for Department Manager in their absence
