Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is hiring a Lead Warehouse Material Handler in Minnesota. The role oversees area work, uses a warehouse management system, and ensures efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory.

You will operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and carts while maintaining safety and accuracy. This employee-owned company offers strong benefits and growth opportunities. The shift is Monday–Friday, 12:00pm–9:00pm, with pay starting at $22.95–$30.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment physical testing.
• Experience performing advanced WMS processes and procedures.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 4 years experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move loads in a warehouse environment.
• No fear of heights.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work in an assigned area to support the Warehouse Manager.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material per WMS procedures.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments; conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse and perform daily safety inspections.
