Job summary

Graybar Electric Company in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Lead Warehouse Material Handler to ensure products are received, stored, picked, packed and shipped efficiently. Role requires leading others, operating pallet jacks and forklifts, and applying WMS processes.

Shift is Mon-Fri, 12:00pm–9:00pm, with safety inspections and cycle counts daily. The position offers a pathway into higher level roles with employee-owned culture and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 4+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) processes at an advanced level.
• Able to lift loads and perform physical tasks in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Direct work in an assigned area.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material in accordance with WMS.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack LTL shipments, conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain clean warehouse and follow safety procedures.
