Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Lead Warehouse Material Handler in Taunton, MA to ensure timely, accurate movement of inventory. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping while leveraging our Warehouse Management System.

The role emphasizes leadership of teammates, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to operate pallet jacks and forklifts in a fast-paced environment. Shift runs Monday–Friday from 12:00pm to 9:00pm.

Qualifications

• Advanced level experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 4+ years warehousing experience preferred.
• Able to perform physically demanding tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lead others and direct work in an assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work in an assigned area to support the Warehouse Manager.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts safely.
• Receive and store incoming material per WMS process.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments for transport.
• Sort and pack LTL shipments; conduct cycle counts; maintain safety checks.
