Job summary

Responsibilities

Distribute work assignments and daily activities to team members, promoting safe work practices and quality standards.
Oversee loading and unloading of products.
Manage material organization by moving materials from receiving or production areas to storage or other areas.
Coordinate receipt, storage and distribution of materials, tools, equipment, and products within the area.
Comply with legal procedures for handling and receiving goods.
Ensure proper labeling, tagging and packing of goods and materials in the area.
Assemble customer orders from stock and place on pallets or shelves, move orders to packing or shipping.
Assist in receiving cargo by hand or with manual equipment like pallet jacks.
