Job summary

Saia is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage daily activities across multiple client accounts in a third‑party logistics setting. You will guide warehouse associates, support accurate inventory management, and drive efficient order fulfillment and safe operations.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in warehouse leadership, hands‑on experience with WMS, and forklift operation. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years in warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or logistics in a lead/supervisory role.
• Experience with third-party logistics or multi-client warehouses.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, packing, staging, loading and shipping for multiple accounts.
• Prioritize workflows based on order volume, appointments, schedules, and labor.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper handling per procedures and safety rules.
• Supervise, train and coach warehouse associates to maintain productivity and quality.
• Promote safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement.
