Job summary

SHEIN (Style Link Logistics LLC) seeks a Senior Innovation and Design Specialist II to collaborate with the warehouse management team to optimize space utilization and improve layouts. You will analyze existing designs, develop efficient layouts, and coordinate with operations, procurement, and logistics to ensure alignment with goals.

Responsibilities include feasibility studies, time and motion analyses, and implementing storage solutions while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management or related field.
3 years of postbaccalaureate experience in a related role.
Experience with warehouse design, planning and implementation.
Experience with CAD and WMS systems.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and safety regulations in warehouses.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with warehouse management to understand space utilization requirements.
Analyze current warehouse designs and processes to identify improvements.
Design and develop optimized warehouse layouts.
Coordinate with operations, procurement, and logistics to align with goals.
Conduct feasibility studies and present findings to leadership.
Perform time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks.
Implement best practices in storage, workflow, and safety.
Stay updated on warehouse technology trends.
Provide training on new layouts and processes.
Travel up to 20% domestically to monitor projects onsite in India.
