Job summary

GRBS Inc. in Fremont, MI is seeking a Warehouse 1st Shift Lead Custodian to manage cleaning operations from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. This full-time role offers 40 hours weekly and requires lift certification (training provided).

Pay rate is $17.50 per hour. You will lead a cleaning team, execute building cleaning, use GRBS tools, ensure safety, and maintain open communication with the site. Eligible benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid holidays after 1 year, PTO, daily

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is required.
• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to lift and lead a cleaning team.
