Job summary

GRBS is seeking a Lead Custodian for the Fremont, MI location on a 6:00am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday schedule. The role includes leading a cleaning team, performing standard custodial tasks, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness for public school customers. Training is provided for lift certification.

Pay rate is $17.50 per hour with full-time hours and benefits. The role requires reliable transportation and strong leadership to coach and supervise the team daily.

• Must be 18 years or older with valid ID and leadership experience.
