Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Warehouse Associate Coordinator in Stratford, CT. You will coordinate daily warehouse operations, verify load accuracy, and support inventory and safety standards in a fast-paced distribution setting.

You will lead and coach warehouse teams, ensure pallet integrity and timely completion of tasks, and adapt to shift changes while maintaining productivity and quality. This role requires physical, on-site work and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• 1+ year operating forklifts (PIT).
• 1+ year in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Ability to work the second shift (3:30 PM–12:30 AM).
• Flexibility to transition to the third shift (6:00 PM–3:00 AM).
• Ability to work weekends as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse activities.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Monday–Saturday, second shift (3:30 PM–12:30 AM), may move to third shift.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations for safe, accurate product movement.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates with training and feedback.
• Verify pallet integrity, load accuracy, and inventory transactions.
• Assign and prioritize daily work activities to meet productivity goals.
• Identify and resolve operational issues with leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment per policies and certifications.
• Support inventory accuracy through documentation and reconciliation.
• Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous improvement.
• Provide shift coverage and operational support as needed.
