Job Opening: Lead Warehouse Attendant

Restaurant Associates is seeking a full-time Lead Warehouse Attendant at Union Square Events, Brooklyn, NY. Online applications only.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm or 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Additional details provided during interview.

Requirements: Previous Supervisor experience required.

Pay Range: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Position Summary

Collaborates with warehouse associates to prepare and move merchandise, ensuring safety, performance, and accuracy standards. Maintains documentation to facilitate merchandise flow, impacting safety, cost, and service metrics.

Responsibilities

1. Perform duties as directed by Warehouse Supervisor.
2. Receive, unload, move, and load merchandise.
3. Verify counts, note discrepancies or damages.
4. Issue and deliver items, obtain signatures.
5. Store inventory properly, rotate stock.
6. Maintain a safe work environment, report hazards.
7. Manage stock control, plan future needs, review orders, control dead stock, schedule deliveries.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
