Zusammenfassung

Penske Logistics LLC is hiring a Lead Warehouse Worker to join the Elite Travel team. Training occurs at the home warehouse location for up to 90 days, then travel assignments 1–3 weeks long with a mix of home-site work and travel. You will mentor teammates, ensure safety, and support operations across sites.

The role involves heavy lifting, equipment operation and travel up to 75% nationwide. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and English proficiency are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have reliable transportation to get to/from work locations within 300 miles of home warehouse.
• Ability and willingness to work any shift, or job assignment including heavy touch product, case picking in ambient or freezer/cooler environments.
• Must be able to learn Penske’s systems (i.e., Scanning)
• Will be trained on relevant material handling equipment and pass certification tests
• Willingness to travel up to 75% nationally (3 weeks on and 1 week off)
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Must have the ability to communicate in English verbally and in writing

Aufgaben

• Assist with training new Warehouse Worker associates, including all material handling equipment and Penske RF systems.
• Communicate in a professional manner with Team and Customer(s).
• Unloading, checking, put away, picking, loading, audit, value-added services and various other projects.
• Safe and responsible operation of assigned equipment.
• Reliable and consistent attendance (cannot accrue more than three attendance points in a 12-month rolling period).
• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws and regulations.
