Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Lead Warehouse Associate to support operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will coach teammates, safely operate forklift equipment, and ensure accurate receiving, counting, and shipment records.

Qualifications

• A positive safety mindset and ability to follow procedures.
• Attention to inventory accuracy and order quality.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Typically 5–7 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
