Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking a Lead Warehouse Worker for our Princeton, Indiana operation. Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience required.
• 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint preferred.
• Ability to learn and use proprietary software required.
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates to achieve goals with safety and productivity.
• Execute assignments and provide status updates to supervisors.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.
• Stage and sort products; load/unload trailers.
• Read work orders and determine material needs; enter data into computer systems.
• Maintain inventory records and ensure quality control.
