Job summary

Subaru of America is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to support the Regional Distribution Center operations in a manner that ensures on-time delivery and efficient workflow. You will coach and motivate a team of warehouse associates, coordinate tasks, and help maintain high safety and quality standards across daily outbound activities.

You will work with the Warehouse Manager to execute plans, monitor performance metrics, and ensure procedures are followed.

• Assist in evaluating methods and implementing improved procedures.
• Achieve daily objectives with Warehouse Manager and supervisors.
• Guide workload planning and assign personnel daily.
• Monitor safety rules and HazMat procedures.
