Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join a safety‑minded, goal‑oriented team in Langhorne, PA. This role supports supervisors, performs essential warehouse tasks, and ensures productivity while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, scanning, inventory control, and teamwork across shifts. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, PTO, and referral programs. Candidates must meet basic forklift and computer skills requirements.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience required.
• 2 years of inventory or materials management experience preferred.
• 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint preferred.
• Ability to learn and use proprietary software required.
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.
• Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions.
• Ability to lead a small team and work independently, with strong numeracy and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Loads and unloads trailers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and related equipment.
• Read work orders to determine assignments and material needs.
• Record units handled and move materials per production sheets.
