Job summary

RXO Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to oversee a team, manage data entry and inventory, and ensure safe, efficient operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will assign tasks, train associates on equipment and procedures, and monitor tool availability and housekeeping standards.

The ideal candidate has 4 years of warehouse experience, strong data-entry skills, and leadership ability. Compliance with safety programs and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of warehouse experience.
• Microsoft Office experience and proficiency (Outlook and Excel).
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Strong multitask and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual (Spanish).
• Availability to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid leadership skills; coach and mentor team members (2-5).
• Solid math skills.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for accurate data entry.
• Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation.
• Assign work and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements.
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies.
• Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs.
• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance.
