RXO, a leading transportation solutions provider, is hiring a Lead Warehouse Associate in Ohio. You will inspire associates to achieve maximum productivity, oversee data entry, inventory, and equipment usage, and help ensure safety and efficiency on shift.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, at least 4 years of warehouse experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Evening and weekend availability is required for the Sunday-Thursday schedule.

• Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance

Compensation for this role is 22.00 The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

As a Lead Warehouse Associate at RXO, you will inspire your associates to achieve maximum productivity, exhibit professionalism and strive to be error-free. As part of our team, you’ll have the support to excel at work, and the resources to build a career you can be proud of.

Schedule will be Sunday-Thursday 4pm to 1:30am

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Be responsible for accurate data entry
• Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation
• Assign work and monitor group activities
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements
• Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Microsoft Office experience and proficiency (Outlook and Excel)
• Ability to learn new computer applications
• 4 years of warehouse experience
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid leadership skills; able to coach and mentor team members (2-5)
• Solid math skills

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled
