Job summary

RXO Inc. in Nashville, TN is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to guide a small team and ensure accurate data entry, inventory control, and safe operation of equipment on a 6am–2:30pm Tuesday–Saturday schedule.

You will coach 2–5 teammates, monitor tool availability, and resolve issues to maximize productivity while maintaining housekeeping and safety standards; bilingual (Spanish) applicants encouraged.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency including Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to learn new computer applications quickly.
• 4 years of warehouse experience with multitasking ability.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately and maintain inventory records.
• Assign work and monitor group activities.
• Instruct associates on equipment use and safety procedures.
• Ensure tools, materials, and supplies are available.
• Oversee equipment usage and enforce safety programs.

As part of our team, you’ll have the support to excel at work, and the resources to build a career you can be proud of. ***Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 6am - 2:30pm*** **What your day-to-day will look like:*** Be responsible for accurate data entry* Handle inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation* Assign work and monitor group activities* Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements* Monitor and maintain availability of tools, materials, and supplies* Oversee the usage of equipment and ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs* Assist with resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance **At a minimum, you’ll need:*** Microsoft Office experience and proficiency (Outlook and Excel)* Ability to learn new computer applications* 4 years of warehouse experience* Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills **It’d be great if you also have:*** High school diploma or equivalent* Bilingual (Spanish)* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and weekends* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Solid leadership skills; able to coach and mentor team members (2-5)* Solid math skills **This job requires the ability to:*** Lift up to 50 lbs.* Work in a warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled **Does this sound like you?
